Martha was married to Ronald Sandnes in 1998. She started working at Waddell & Reed in 1998 and left the company in 2008.
She began her long battle with Multiple Sclerosis in 2003.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ron Sandnes (2018), and her parents.
She leaves two sons, Kyle W Miller and Neal C Miller; four sisters, Suzanne Penhollow, Julie Armstrong, Nancy Joyce, and Sally Seyler; one brother, Jim Armstrong.
