Dan A. Wood, 60, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 after a lengthy battle with lung cancer.
Dan was born January 3, 1958 to Frank and Hazel Wood. He graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest in 1976. By trade he was a stonemason and was owner of Stone Masters Masonry Contractor.
Survivors include his mother Hazel; his girlfriend Barb Carr; his son, Sam; and daughter, Amanda; 2 brothers, Steve and Phil Wood.
He was preceded in death by his father Frank Wood; and 1 son Bill Wood.
A private memorial was held on April 8, 2018 at a location that he loved.
