Laura Jean Todd, 56, of Shawnee, KS passed away March 11, 2015 at Shawnee Gardens. For more than 30 years, Laura battled with Multiple Sclerosis but it never discouraged her. She was born June 21, 1958 in Shawnee, the sixth of twelve children born to Mark and Virginia Bergman. Laura was preceded in death by her mother Virginia Bergman. She is survived by her children Melissa (Robert) Griffin and James Todd. A Celebration of Life is being held in her honor at the Old Shawnee Town Hall on Saturday March 21, 2015 from 11am to 1pm. The family suggests donations go to Laura Todd Memorial fund in lieu of flowers.
