Marty Fritsch, age 37, passed away at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Camarillo, on Sunday, October 22, 1995, after a short illness. He was born May 20, 1958, in Berkeley, CA. He was a four-year resident of Camarillo, coming from Sacramento. Marty worked as a service technician at Pacific Coast Nissan, Oxnard. He was an active member of Fair Baptist Church in Somis, serving as an usher. A member of Promise Keepers, he was the Past Commander of the Awana Youth Program and played on the church softball team. He is survived by his sons, Christopher and Mathew; parents, Len and Betty Fritsch of Folsom, CA; Brothers, Lenny Fritsch of Whitefish, MT and Eric Fritsch of Fresno, CA; sister Caryl McAdams of Citrus Heights, CA; grandmother Ruth Floyd of Oakland, CA; nieces and nephews, Tracey, Time, Jazmin, Jody and Kelly and by his girlfriend, Lydia. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 1995, at 4 pm at the Faith Baptist Church, 3300 West St., Somis. Officiated by Pastor Marvin O’Dell. Interment will be private.
